Kelly Graeme is the Operations Manager for AVB Development Partners and brings over 10 years of commercial and retail real estate experience to AVBDP. Kelly graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After working as an administrator in the healthcare field, Kelly moved over to the commercial real estate industry. Kelly’s worked as a lease administrator for an upstate New York shopping center developer handling lease management and accounting duties for two shopping centers with over 1.5 million leaseable square feet. From there she went on to work for a commercial real estate and facilities management consulting firm handling lease administration duties for various clients. In 2004, Kelly started working with AVBDP. Kelly oversees the various facets of the daily business including lease administration, property management, legal issues, insurance and human resources.
