Tom Alford is the Project Manager for AVB Development Partners. He brings an extensive background of over 20 years experience in managing the development and construction of various commercial building types, ranging from high rise office shell to retail tenant improvements. This experience has been gained through the years in working with nationally known companies such as Trammell Crow and Koll Development, utilizing a hands on approach regarding all aspects of the development and construction process. An early background as a licensed architect working for full service A/E firms provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the entitlement, design, documentation and construction process.
